All orders are carefully packed and prepared by our team. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

During busy periods such as Christmas, book launches, and special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.

Shipping Within Australia

We offer shipping across Australia.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

● Standard shipping: 3–10 business days after dispatch

● Express shipping: 1–5 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners and may vary due to circumstances outside of our control.

International Shipping

We are delighted to share Little Desk Books with readers around the world.

International shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout where available. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in their country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to update the address or redirect the parcel.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Orders

We take great care when packing your books. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at hello@littledeskbooks.com.au within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order details and photos where applicable, and we will assist you.
